OverviewThe Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. As the GPS Americas Business, Pipeline and Partner Health Business Manager you will own the GPS Americas business rhythms, fiscal year planning and cross organizational initiatives. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen across the GPS business end to end, hone your process and program management skills, hone your ability to synthesize the complex and impact business decision making with our senior leaders and with WW organizations. Within this role, you will work with people across the Americas and will have flexibility on work location and be able to work from home or in the office if you are in a location close to an office. As the GPS Americas Business, Pipeline and Partner Health Business Manager, you will be a strategic leader working closely with the group Leadership Team (LT) and other leaders in the wider IPS/GPS and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organizations. Your role involves transforming the partner ecosystem through meticulous planning and execution of short-term and long-term business objectives, while also leading the charge in insights, operations, and process optimization to seize growth opportunities. Your role is not just to manage but to inspire, innovate, and integrate, propelling the organization towards its strategic vision with agility and impact. ResponsibilitiesGPS Americas business rhythms - You will own coordinating and driving all business rhythms for the organization. This includes coordinating across the team, with other Americas employees and with WW GPS. You will own project and program management associated with this work, definition of formats for slides and numbers, orchestration of preparing content and also directly only the top line executive summary narrative with a focus on Partner Business Performance, Partner Pipeline Health and Partner Practice Health. Fiscal year planning - You will own the coordination across all fiscal year planning. Working with specific workstream owners to drive a cohesive planning process that sets the organization up for success. As part of this, you will be in charge of ensuring a smooth connected process end to end, communicating with stakeholders and communicating with the LT. Cross organizational initiatives - You will have a unique ability to own and support cross organizational initiatives based on the breadth of understanding across the organization that you will develop. These initiatives will focus on improving our overall rhythm for the team as well as improving the performance for the team in terms of Business Performance, Partner Pipeline Health and Partner Practice development.
