Position Overview:
The NOC Technician will provide customer support for broadband networks. This role involves direct collaboration with Field Services and Network Engineers to resolve trouble tickets, diagnose, and repair issues. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple systems while managing several tickets simultaneously.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and document trouble tickets.
  • Handle maintenance activities and run MOPs from Engineering
  • Monitor network performance following maintenance and network changes.


Candidate Expectations:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an NOC environment.
  • Strong communication skills.



Estimated Min Rate: $20.30
Estimated Max Rate: $29.00
