The Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Under the direction of the Property Manager/Assistant Manager, the primary responsibility is the upkeep, general cleanliness, overall appearance, and curb appeal of the property.

Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Maintain community grounds and curb appeal including, trash and pet waste pick up, painting signage, general maintenance
  • Clean office, clubroom, models, and rest rooms.
  • Clean and keep all vacant units fresh and odorless.
  • Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily or as directed.
  • Monitor supplies level and notify manager of supply needs
  • Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services and training as required.
  • Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work harmoniously within all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work alone, prioritizes and adheres to a schedule.
  • Able to understand written and oral instructions and read written instructions and/or labels in English.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
