Product Owner Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Program Owner. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities * Understand, articulate and executes product vision and roadmap. * Manage significant product initiatives. Strong product management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems * Actively manage the team backlog, implementation planning and operational readiness. * Ability to adapt in a fast paced, Agile SAFe scrum environment * Requirements elicitation skills and analysis and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Ability to analyze, map, translate technical changes to business value and communicate to various stakeholders. * Competent, self-starter with ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritize work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders * Coordinate with application users and various stakeholders (including other POs) to understand business problems, requirements, and goals that the business team need to achieve * Work with value stream architects, technical SMEs to come up with solutions and ensure that solution meets business needs * Responsible to define user stories, continuously groom user stories and prioritize team backlog with scrum teams based on business priorities. Create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using various tools (i.e. Rally, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) * Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data integration points, process workflows from an end to end perspective * Manage and analyze business requirements with the ability to prioritize during changes and conflicts * Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (business owners, end users) and technical teams for the delivery of features * Conduct end-to-end impact analysis, design reviews, test case reviews to ensure that the business vision, goals and requirements are met * Ability to easily understand and converse on cloud technologies preferably Google Qualifications * At-least 5 years of relevant product work experience as a Product Owner supporting scrum teams in SAFE Agile environment * CSPO / SAFe Agilist / SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager (POPM) certified * Experience as a technical product owner. * Experience with enterprise integration; Experience with cloud implementations. * Experience with clinical health care / pharmacy data and clinical decision support systemWhy Choose Cognizant? Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 14, 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,337 - 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
