Site Supervisor
Objective
This position is under the direct supervision of the Captain and is responsible for supervising Protective Security Officers, protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, personnel, customers, and visitors to a federal facility. Job duties that require supervision include, but are not limited to:
Essential Functions
Read and understand the English language to effectively carry out applied printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials. Have a command of both the written and spoken English language to properly communicate in person or via electronic devices (telephone and radio) with co-workers and the general public. Maintaining a professional, discreet and courteous demeanor under stressful situations, security personnel routinely encounter. Be able to compose precise short paragraphs, written reports, and other reports in English as necessary.
Job Duties
Performs security patrols.
Enforces access control procedures.
Protects property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents.
Investigates and write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other security-related situations.
Assist customers, employees, and visitors in following the department's procedures.
May perform other related duties as assigned by the Captain and Project Manager.
Candidate Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old and
Must possess a high school diploma or General Education Certificate (GED)
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must fluently speak, read, comprehend and compose coherent written reports in English
Must have firearms experience
Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred
Must have one of the following experience levels listed:
(1) Three years of security experience,
(2) Three years of military experience,
(3) Completion of state-certified Law Enforcement Education
(4) Completion of a Police Officer's Standard Training Course
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
The applicant must submit to a pre-employment medical exam and drug screening.
The applicant must be able to pass an NLIC / State / Local Background check and Credit check (as applicable).
The applicant must obtain client/site suitability approval.

64-Hour Basic Training
36-Hour Tri-Annual Training
