Performance Health is seeking a Sr Dir, Segment and Digital Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will set the vision, strategy and make decisions for our go-to-market plans and all aspects of the digital experience in partnership with our commercial team in North America. This role is highly collaborative. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high performing go-to-market segment managers and a digital team to include social, email, content, creative that support the revenue and profit objectives of the organization
- Create and execute efficient global processes, prioritization, coordination, and cross-functional integration within the marketing team and throughout adjacent global departments within the organization
- Collaborate with commercial leaders to develop BU plans and execute those plans coordinated with sales, digital executions across email, social and content to achieve KPIs
- Lead market insights and analysis including 3rd party data including Definitive Health to track business performance against market and synthesis those insights into monthly report for leadership
- Partner with eCommerce to deliver digitally focused solutions that drive our business forward, beyond just digital marketing to drive sales Construct an enhancements pipeline that incubates potential big ideas to identify the few that will have a measurable impact on our business
- Define a standardized email and social media framework across key markets and channels to achieve KPIs
- Utilize web analytics and business intelligence to create success metrics and dashboards cascaded to all levels of the organization including key markets
- Manage and monitor our key competitors from a digital marketing perspective and make recommendations to enhance our future plans
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 10+ years of healthcare marketing experience; preferably in rehabilitation or sports medicine
- 5+ years of experience in transforming brands digitally
- 5+ years of experience managing a category, product and/or brand portfolio, globally
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyze market and identify key trends within the industry
- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to present to executives
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must be a "self-starter" comfortable with taking initiative

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
