Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist in the northern suburbs! *Top Skills:* * Over 2 years of experience in Desktop Support * Proficient with Windows 10 OS. * Skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including Office 365 and Teams *Responsibilities:* * Provide IT support via phone, email, chat, in person, or remote control * Experienced with Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, BitLocker, and McAfee encryption * Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through ServiceNow * Support traditional workstations, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals * Identify technical and process issues and recommend improvements * Complete tasks as assigned by dispatchers and management * Update service tickets appropriately and in a timely manner * Resolve technical issues and act as a technical contact for escalated issues *Required Qualifications:* * 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support within a corporate environment * Broad knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and OneDrive * Experience using remote desktop tools like Bomgar/RDP * Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
