**CANDIDATES NEED TO SIT IN PHOENIX METRO AREA FOR 2 WEEK TRAINING, THEN 100% REMOTE** *Highlights:* *Must be flexible to work a 40-hour work week between Mon-Sun 6AM-9PM MST (will have set schedule) *2-week training onsite in Phoenix, M-F 6AM-2:30PM *Must live near Phoenix and have quiet work setting *Benefits of the role:* *90-day Contract-to-Hire - looking for long term employees! *New client, large growth opportunity *Quick interview/offer - only virtual interview required *100% remote after training *Skills* Microsoft office, Clerical, Order entry, Data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Attention to detail is HUGE, data entry/order entry Multitasking between phone and chat/order entry correspondence Strong problem solving capabilities Experience using multiple screens *A day in the role:* As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone (light phones) and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary.
