Job Title: Fully Remote Call Center Retention Specialist Start date: 03/31/2025 - must be able to pass a bg check and drug test! Hours: Sunday-Saturday 6a-10p CST - you will be able to choose the shift once offer is made, with 2 off days. * Candidates who receive an offer will work either a Saturday or Sunday, with possibility of working both days due to business needs (if you work both weekend days, you would have two weekdays off). Must haves: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High School or GED preferred * Must have designated workspace with no distractions * Must be able to work weekends * Must have the ability to have a hard Ethernet line to their router * Must have 1+ year of call center experience * Sales experience is "nice to have" for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections. * Candidates cannot miss any time in the first 4 weeks - no preplanned vacations or doctors' appointments Job description: * The main function of a Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections. * Specialists will be taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow-up with customers on appointment scheduling (will be scored on % of leads per call and "booking" next appointment for a tech to come out for an inspection. Some states can't schedule a service until an inspection has been completed so looking to schedule techs to come out. Not able to give quotes over the phone which is also why they need to schedule a tech to come out.) * Specialists will take anywhere from 90-100 calls per day. * Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests, contacting regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. * Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, actively providing customers with product samples and catalogs. Training information: * 3 weeks, Mon-Fri 8a-5p This position provides the equipment, and is currently open due to tons of work and being understaffed nationwide. Interview process: one virtual interview with me, and one phone interview with Hiring Managers. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
