Our client, a well-known health insurance provider in Columbia, SC, is hiring for multiple customer service roles over the next several weeks. These positions offer a great opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare industry while working in a supportive environment. *Upcoming Positions:* *Entry-Level Customer Service* * *Pay:* $14 per hour * *Experience Required:* * No call center experience needed * At least 1 year in a customer service setting (retail experience accepted) * Must be tech-savvy *Customer Service Level 1* * *Pay:* $15 - $16 per hour * *Experience Required:* * 1+ year of call center experience required * 6+ months claims experience * Healthcare knowledge is a plus *Customer Service/Claims Representative* * *Pay:* $16 - $17 per hour * *Experience Required:* * 1+ year of call center experience * 1+ year of claims experience *Requirements for All Positions:* * Must have a *High School Diploma or GED* * Must pass a *7-year **background** check* * *Education verification* required *Work Environment:* * Onsite in Columbia, SC * Supportive training and development opportunities * Fast-paced, customer-focused setting *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $17.00/hr.
