Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, senior change management professional who will help develop and grow change management practice at Getty Digital. This role will oversee and manage the Change Management team, which includes communications and training specialists, develop training curriculum on change management, and mentor others in the Getty Digital organization on change management. In addition, the role will work across Getty Digital and Getty Programs to help guide change management efforts driven by Getty's Digital Roadmap (i.e. ERP Replacement).



Major Job Responsibilities

    Major Job Responsibilities:

    • Leverage change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy that facilitates the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

    • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

    • Provide input, document requirements, and assist with the design and delivery of appropriate training programs.

  • Additional responsibilities:

    • Complete change management assessments.

    • Identify, review, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.

    • Consult and coach project teams.

    • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.

    • Assist and engage senior leaders.

    • Assist with organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

    • Coordinate efforts with other specialists.

    • Integrate change management activities into the project plan.

    • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.

    • Manage stakeholders.

    • Track and report issues.

    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 7 years of supervisory and/or project/process management experience

  • A solid knowledge of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in training, evaluating, developing and managing staff with a keen awareness around diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Acute business acumen and knowledge of organizational issues and dynamics.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
