      Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Halff has a position open for a Water and Wastewater Project Manager. This position presents a tremendous opportunity for responsibility and growth in our Fayetteville location.  Minimum Qualifications: 
         
 Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible; preferably in Biological, Civil, or Environmental Engineering)4+ years of engineering experience in the Water and Wastewater industry: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlinesLicensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 monthsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specificationsAbility to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultantsDemonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolutions of issuesAbility to generate scopes of work, schedules, and budgetsManage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements and comply with recognized standards and codes of practiceSupport construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting effortsExperience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater is a plus
