The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Pro to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the exceptional golfing experiences we provide our members and guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, customer-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to enhance our members' enjoyment of the sport.

Duties and Functions:

• Assisting with golf instruction for players of all skill levels.
• Conducting individual and group lessons to improve players' techniques and overall performance.
• Organizing and overseeing golf tournaments, leagues, and events.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
• Assisting with club fittings and equipment recommendations.
• Managing tee time reservations and ensuring efficient course flow.
• Assisting with golf shop operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales.
• Participating in maintaining the golf facilities in pristine condition.
• Collaborating with the Head Golf Pro and other staff to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualification Standards:

• PGA or LPGA membership or eligibility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in golf instruction and event coordination.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using golf-related technology and software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
