Job Title: Power Platform Frontend Developer Location: Portsmouth NH (100% Remote work) Clearance: Active Secret Client: US Navy (SUBMEPP) Education Requirement: BS IT degree or Any IAT level II Coordinate with other government and contractor teams on all development initiatives and frameworks to determine best-fit product solutions, to include Power Platform, ServiceNow, Data Analytics, and/or conventional custom application development, to include solutions that utilize more than one platform. For assigned development initiatives, lead creation of detailed Design Package for each PDSR. Provide updated system documentation, development plans, functional release notes, user manual updates, Window Flow diagrams, Process flow diagrams, Window, Interface and/or report specifications, diagrams, interface specifications, use cases, and help articles. Provide documented and approved projects and tasks. Develop task lists, assist the Contract Program Manager/Developer project documentation, maintain project status in the SUBMEPP automated project tracking system, and ensure milestones are identified and met. Implement change control practices utilizing government designated code repository. Document areas for improvement and/or future integration points with other applications. Generate new and maintain current existing system/application documentation: Software Release Notes, Server Documents, User's Manuals updates, Interface and/or report Specifications, diagrams, Use Cases, and help articles for each build. Maintain existing, and develop new documentation that will include, but is not limited to, Work Procedures, DoDAF documentation (such as System Architecture Guides and Diagrams), Software Development LifeCycle Processes, and ensure adherence to organizational templates, policies, and standards. Update and maintain existing SUBMEPP CMMI Level 3 documentation, GFI through to incorporate contractor's processes. Provide schedules, audit materials, training decks and CMMI Facilitation IAW GFI. When necessary, ensure all delivered code solutions are commented, and comply with SUBMEPP coding practices. All code modifications and delivered solutions should be traceable to the originating PSDR and user story. Responsible for the technical engineering, design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of all Power Platform products hosted within the designated Azure Cloud environment Interpret, and define the business and user requirements. Ensure all delivered solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, as well as environment security standards and access controls based on business needs. Ensure solutions are designed to maintain highest availability and service dependability. Thoroughly test delivered solutions for any issues or errors. Debug and troubleshoot issues. Develop automated Quality Assurance testing when possible. Where necessary, create test scripts and conduct manual testing to ensure that developed software or applications meet and comply with documented requirements. Accomplish PSDR installation, troubleshooting, and automated quality tests. Monitor developed and in development solutions to identify changes in processes, technology, solutions, integrations, and architecture that may impact existing or in-development solutions. Identify gaps, and generate requirements to preserve current and in development functions. Perform root cause analysis of partial or complete outages and incidents, engineer permanent solutions, and coordinate implementation.
