Marketing Coordinator

• Indianapolis

• Develop high-quality, customized proposals, qualifications, and brochure packages.
• Create compelling marketing materials that support business development efforts, incorporating strong graphics and tailored written content.
• Maintain and update key marketing assets, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and proposal boilerplate content.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling for RFP/RFQ responses, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
• Collaborate with subconsultants and architectural firms on proposal and presentation materials.
• Assist in maintaining pursuit and marketing data in Deltek Vantagepoint.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Keen graphic design sensibility.
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with architecture, design, and construction terminology is a plus.
• Portfolio, writing samples, or references encouraged.
