A Marketing Specialist job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). The marketing specialist will support the marketing and administrative efforts for the Washington Luxury brands within the Ste. Michelle Wine Estates portfolio. The position includes support of annual marketing plans, asset development and cross functional project management with winemaking, production, purchasing, communications, digital and guest services. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong project management skills, high detail-orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication. This position will require a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days in office a week.

Marketing Specialist job responsibilities include:



  • Support the development, management and execution of annual marketing plans and long- term brand plans for assigned brands, leveraging consumer and market insights.
  • Communicate extensively with production and sales teams regarding timelines and distribution needs for new releases and sales tools.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects/initiatives/campaigns/promotions.
  • Collaborate and drive creativity and inclusion with internal teams including trade marketing, digital engagement, communications, consumer insights, creative services, compliance, finance, accounting, demand planning, winemaking, procurement, retail/guest services, and sales.
  • Coordinate with various types of external agency partners, including public relations, package design, and event/experiential agencies.


Position Requirements:



  • Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 2+ years Business to Consumer marketing experience, beverage-alcohol or consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party syndicated data, such as AC Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, MRI, Simmons, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% to meet domestic business needs.
  • Prolonged sitting and computer usage
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.


Your Compensation:

$63,085.00/ - $81,932.00/yr. based upon relevant experience.
