Description This person will be working in the Greenfield, IN location until about late Q3 when they will begin working at the new downtown Indy location moving forward. We have a current contractor that has done the project planning for the move, and they are now looking for someone to assist with the tactical delivery. This is a Desktop Support person that will need to be able to handle a variety of tasks including: installation and backup of software on devices along with the physical delivery of devices. This is a hands-on tech support person. The user base will be scientists working in the labs. They'll need to make sure computers are connected to lab instruments. The Tech will need to go to the users rather than users coming to them. The main focus is the equipment and computers in the labs. Ideal skills and experience include: * Windows Operating System configuration * Antivirus backups * Software support * Knowledge of SCCM and ARC * InTune * Install backup agents * Ensure antivirus tool is running properly and endpoints are healthy * Light networking knowledge (ability to ping network) * Desktop troubleshooting * Printer mapping * Devices are primarily desktops and some laptops Additional Skills & Qualifications * Basic user interaction skills and good customer service skills * Problem solver Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
