Responsibilities

Sysmex America, Inc. in Doral, FL seeks a Specialist, Digital Marketing and Social Media - LATAM

    Ensure the execution of the strategic digital marketing plan, leads the tactical and operational activities and track performance and results through analytics. It includes managing and operating Digital Marketing Automation tool (Dynamics for marketing and/or Marketo) by executing digital marketing campaigns via e-mail blast and WhatsApp journeys, administrating the optimization of target audience groups, creating and executing virtual events registration pages, creating and administrating different types of lead scoring process.
  1. Tracks performance and provides reports on digital campaigns on a routine basis to optimize marketing efforts and ROI to meet company objectives. Serve as the primary content administrator for social media following and executing social media strategy, building messaging and audience identification.
  2. Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML).
  3. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Create and maintain company social media pages, profiles and guidelines.
  4. Administrate and use social media monitoring tools like HootSuite.
  5. Administrate the relationship with different magazine publishers and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Recommending changes to improve efficiency of communications, monitoring the activities of competitors. Analyzing the effects of media coverage on public perception. Recommending changes in programming based on research on audience preferences. Collaborating with MarCom and Events Manager, MarCom team, and designers, writes short and long form compelling content for social media, digital advertising, video scripts and corporate presentations to ensure consistency of messages, branding, design language and positioning.
  6. Serve as a liaison between marketing and internal key stakeholders as well as outside agencies to meet digital marketing objectives and to integrate multiple data sources for the marketing team in drawing market insights.
  7. Helps ensure a positive, consistent, end-to-end product & brand experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Hybrid work schedule (50% office & 50% remote work).



Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or related role.

  • Must have experience with: (1) Create, implement and analyze social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility including execution of social medical strategies across various platforms; (2) Track and analyze marketing data analytics using CRM software (Dynamics, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and Google Analytics; (3) Schedule, post and monitor social media content across platforms using Hootsuite, Buffer; (4) Create visual reports and dashboards using Tableau & Google Data Studio; (5) Perform A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaign performance; (6) Automate marketing processes and manage customer data for campaigns using Dynamics, Marketo and Mailchimp.

Salary range: $66,606.40 - $104,667.20. Candidates should apply at Careers@Sysmex.com
