Are you ready to make a significant impact on our Demand Response business and help drive our company's success? We're looking for a passionate and skilled Product Analyst to join our team at either the Senior or Lead level. The final determination will be made after the interview process.

Why This Role Matters

As a Product Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing and leading analytical support to our Program Managers. Your work will be instrumental in the discovery, design, and delivery of products that enhance our SAP integration, data reconciliation, and feature updates. By collaborating with both internal and external teams, you'll ensure that our products meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide oversight and direction for new feature updates and program modifications within SAP.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and data reconciliation.

• Communicate updates to leadership and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making.

• Assist program managers with technical and functional requirements for vendor and internal system integrations.

• Utilize your data analysis skills to develop and implement solutions that improve our products and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with SAP systems (Commerce, HANA, ISU/Hybrid Billing) and an understanding of product-specific configuration and billing logic.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with technical teams to develop holistic business requirements.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• A passion for continuous improvement and a bias towards action.

Basic/Required Qualifications

Note: This posting is for one open position. Dependent on relative experience, the level to which a candidate is aligned is outlined below.

SR Product Analyst

• Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline AND five (5)+ years work experience in applicable or related business area

• In lieu of bachelors degree and five (5)+ years minimum required related experience above, High School/GED and nine (9) years minimum required related experience

• "Green Belt" Six sigma certification or equivalent experience

Lead Product Analyst

• Bachelor degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or similar discipline AND eight (8)+ years work experience in applicable or related business area

• In lieu of bachelors degree and eight (8)+ years minimum required related experience above, High School/GED AND 12 years minimum required related experience

• "Black Belt" Six sigma certification or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in the utility industry

• "Black Belt" or "Master Black Belt" Six Sigma certification

• Experience writing business cases and creating visual representations of data tracking activities

• Experience with SAP and strong data analysis skills. High Technical Aptitude

Working Conditions

• Office environment mostly, occasional research or analysis conducted in plants or field.

• Hybrid Mobility Classification - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
