Your work will involve marketing, prospecting, and selling our diverse range of insurance products. You will be strong at networking, active in the community, sales-focused, and open to coaching and learning. You will develop customer relationships, understand customer needs, and match them with appropriate product and service offerings.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the following office location: Portland, OR 97206 Compensation range will be determined by geographic location. Primary Accountabilities
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements *Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients. *Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote. *Ability to explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients. Licenses *Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record. *Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell insurance products: Property and Casualty, (personal lines authority does not qualify) Life and Health. Additional Knowledge and Skills Requirements *Proficiency in Spanish as a bilingual skill is a plus. *Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s). Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date. Travel Requirements *Up to 10%.
