Our Manager, Analyst Relations plays an essential role in coordinating all activities across multiple analyst firms, facilitating interactions that position the company and its products and services to the industry, prospects and customers.

As a Manager, Analyst Relations your focus would include managing all inbound and outbound communications, actively facilitating analyst inquiries, content development, management of the research and insights agenda, gathering insights from analyst research and program reporting. WHAT OUR MANAGER, ANALYST RELATION ENJOY MOST

  • Working across product, marketing and technology teams to capture requirements and develop recommendations for analyst engagements and briefings that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinating analyst briefings including scheduling calls, prepping presentations, disseminating briefing notes and tracking follow-ups.
  • Proactively monitoring research agendas to influence focus and determine opportunities to position the company and its products.
  • Synthesizing, editing and submitting written responses to analyst inquiries, working across internal teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with subscription/licensing terms across all agreements.

You'll be the subject matter expert on competitor positions by reporting out of Magic Quadrants, Waves and other research reports to inform go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's position. You'll be responsible for tracking ROI across all Analyst Relations initiatives. You must be resourceful, eager to learn and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior analyst relations, investor relations or corporate communications experience with a minimum of 7 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Hands-on experience leading an analyst relations function within a technology company
  • Skills: Excellent written, verbal and power point presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Strategic thinking skills.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects. Is proactive and can work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously. Can manage multiple projects and tasks at one time and prioritize and organize effectively. Can work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience. Can make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure. Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer. Penchant to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Travel ability: Office environment. Travel as required.
  • Schedule: Full time; hybrid option for 1 day remote

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge within the cable/telecom/tech industry and associated products.
