Description Nightingale Private Duty (an AccordCare Company) is a licensed agency seeking experienced High Tech RNs and LPNs. We are hiring RNs and LPNs for high tech care visits from Boca Raton to Jupiter. We require previous experience with Vent/Trach, Peg tube, Wound Care and IV. Paraplegic and TBI care experience is a plus. RN rate is $45.00-$65.00 per hour and $35.00-$40.00 an hour for LPN. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Complete start of care admissions visits with OASIS. Provides prompt communication about client's medical status to Nurse Supervisor, resulting in effective management of cases. Must be willing to travel within the Palm Beach County area. Demonstrate empathy, caring and self-confidence; be detail-oriented, and thorough; anticipate problems in advance and know whether to diffuse or escalate; prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION *Current RN or LPN license* *Current Level 2 on the AHCA Clearinghouse* *Current TB (within last 12 months) or Chest X Ray (within last 5 years)* *HIV and DOEA Alzheimer's Training Certificate (CEU's)* *Home Care Experience* Excellent communication skills; team player; interpersonal skills; good collaboration skills; customer service skills; ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication regarding client care.
