Strategic Bids Sourcing Lead

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Strategic Buyer (internally known as Strategic Bid Sourcing Lead). (Fort Worth/Hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional, eager to develop their procurement skills within the aerospace industry.

You'll gain hands-on experience collaborating with suppliers, supporting strategic sourcing decisions, and learning from industry experts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a leading supply chain solutions provider in the aerospace sector, our suppliers are central to our success. In this role, attention to detail and strong communication with both our suppliers and global team members will be essential.

About you

You will be a confident and competent communicator, and effective supplier relationship management will be at the heart of everything you do. Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.

We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, who have worked in Junior Buyer or Purchasing roles, with a strong commitment to excellence. You should be eager to learn, open to guidance from senior team members, and willing to take direction to support your professional development.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries, but this is not essential.
