Sales Analyst

Our Garden segment is hiring a Sales Analyst to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This position will deliver compelling and actionable solutions by mining data, analyzing business trends, industry developments, and relevant insights.

This role requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven team member. The Sales Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to support key business objectives and enhance decision-making processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measure and explain the impact of monthly Key Performance Indicators
• Support sales team through data analysis and reporting
• Maintain integrity of internal reporting structures and automation
• Lead adoption of new analytics tools to support sales team
• Model profitability and business scenarios, make actionable recommendations based on findings
• Support annual budgeting process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with team members
• Knowledge and experience in Tableau, Alloy, SAP or Cognos, preferred
• High level of energy and sense of urgency; self-starter; strong and effective multi-tasker
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree with a business or analytics emphasis preferred (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, MIS or Supply Chain)
• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and pivot tables, Access a plus
