Our client is a leader in custom food manufacturing and development and is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Sanitation Supervisor to join their team in Los Angeles, CA.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement and maintain sanitation procedures following company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assign and monitor sanitation tasks to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of equipment and facility areas.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation protocols, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
  • Oversee proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals following safety guidelines.
  • Conduct ATP and allergen testing to confirm sanitation effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation and support internal and external audits for regulatory compliance.
  • Perform routine inspections, identify sanitation issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and guide sanitation team members to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Partner with Maintenance and QC/QA teams to ensure equipment cleanliness and support food safety initiatives.




Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3-5 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Spanish fluency required.
  • Experience with chemical handling, sanitation testing, and food safety audits.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, and sanitation best practices.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
