Staffmark is partnering with a well-established client in Dayton, OH, known for thriving in all economic conditions. We are seeking team-oriented individuals for Production Technician positions. Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hr, with potential for a $1.50/hr increase upon hire.

What We're Looking For:



  • Skills: Detail-oriented inspection, use of small hand/power tools (X-Acto knife, Dremel), mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with precision measuring tools.
  • Experience: 2+ years in metal production, sandblasting, part taping, or quality control preferred. Recent manufacturing experience required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.



Job Duties:



  • Inspect and rework finished parts to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Use tools like Dremels to remove excess spray coatings.
  • Perform precision sit-down tasks requiring focus and attention to detail.
  • With a large production operation, there may be opportunities to work with robotic sprayers, sandblasters, and precision measuring equipment.
