Daytime Hospitalist Opportunity

Jefferson Medical Group in South Jersey is seeking a full-time Daytime Hospitalist to join our team. This role includes 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM), with a flexible schedule. The primary location is Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, with occasional rotation to Cherry Hill and Stratford. Both teaching and non-teaching opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct inpatient care and accept patient referrals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of care for hospitalized medical patients.
  • Manage admissions from the ED and assist Advanced Practice Providers with house coverage.
  • Support ICU staff during critical situations (RRTs, Code Blue, etc.).

  • MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine.
  • Completion of 36 months of residency in Internal or Family Medicine with hospital experience.
  • NJ Medical License, CDS, and DEA (or eligibility).
