COMMUNITY COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR I $9,144.00 - $11,449.00 per Month Final Filing Date: Job Description and Duties
Under the guidance of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Fiscal Services, the Director of Fiscal Services leads the team managing the Student Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) allocations, which provide over $9.7 billion annually to community college districts. The Director maintains the SCFF Dashboard and ensures expert technical guidance, research, and consultation on budget and fiscal policy are provided to districts, professional organizations, other units at the Chancellor's Office, and state agencies. Additionally, the Director oversees the distribution of over $13 billion in funding through the SCFF and other categorical streams and presents critical matters at events like the Annual Budget Workshop, Association of Chief Business Officials (ACBO) Conference, and College Finance and Facilities Planning (CFFP) Fiscal & Policy webinars. Ability to successfully supervise the work of others in a remote work setting. Exposure to computer screens and other basic office equipment. Periodic presentations will occasionally be required.
