Team Summary: Within the Digital Marketing department, the CRM/Loyalty team is comprised of four functions - E-mail Marketing, Nintendo Switch News, My Nintendo and Nintendo Switch Online (NSO). We strive to develop relationships with our consumers through direct-to-consumer communication and other programs that lead to long term consumer engagement and value. Responsibilities of our team include: 1. Strategy, planning and execution of our direct-to-consumer e-mail communications. 2. Content planning and creation for the on-device Nintendo Switch News channel. 3. Management of the My Nintendo program and continuous development of new loyalty initiatives to drive Nintendo Account creation and value. 4. Management of Nintendo Switch Online ongoing operations and driving the program's business objectives, priorities, and execution DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: * Drive the execution of one-off and automated, targeted and personalized Switch News content to engage Nintendo customers beyond purchase. * Execute creative updates based on feedback from business stakeholders on all emails related to mobile games. * Author creative briefs that lay out direction for designers, copywriters and vendors about the key campaign message & strategies created by Switch News team. * Shephard projects, including requests to send surveys, through multiple rounds of creative approvals and reviews by internal and external stakeholders. * Reviews accuracy of customer-facing details in content Switch News marketing articles. * Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. * Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns. * Implement a/b testing procedures on campaigns as directed by Switch News team. * Contributes to monthly recaps and relays the output, recommendations and results to supervisor and management. * Work extensively with Digital Marketing peers to ensure that the development of campaigns and targeting specs within the CMS tool are built to campaign specifications. * Create and maintain comprehensive sets of campaign documentation repositories. * Identify and implement process improvements for CRM activity and lead adoption of new protocol. Improvements to quality, reduce campaign cycle time, increase output, improve documentation, and improve overall team operations. * Ensure campaigns comply with COPPA, ESRB, and SPAM regulations at time of deployment. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/online marketing * Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail a must. * Experience executing on marketing campaigns that drive consumer response. * Passion for video games/Nintendo a plus. * Self-motivated individual with reliable means of staying organized and on schedule. * Excellent interpersonal skills; able to effectively work cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working with external vendors preferred. * Proficiency with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), Content Management Systems (CMS) required. * Familiarity with COPPA, ESRB, and SPAM regulations a plus * Analytics experience a plus * Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. This position includes a base pay range of $32.45 - $51.92 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
