Are you ready to lead a team driving the transformation of energy programs? Are you looking to make an impact at the heart of the energy transition? DNV is seeking a Vice President of Energy Programs to lead demand-side, transportation, and flexibility initiatives across Arizona, New Mexico, and beyond. Since the early 2000s, DNV has been a trusted partner to utilities, customers, contractors, and distributors throughout the Southwest. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of energy programs, guiding clients and teams to achieve energy efficiency and electrification goals. Your key responsibilities will include strategic leadership, staff development, client management, contract negotiation, partner relations, market advisory, customer experience, and P&L oversight. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Demand-Side Programs for North America, you will collaborate closely with peer Vice Presidents, Key Account Managers, and other regional leaders to drive success. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your team has the capabilities and support needed to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture and an exceptional employee experience. This role is based at our DNV office in Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Las Vegas, NV presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location/site.
