What we are looking for:

We're a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Sr. Global Payroll Specialist to join our agile HR team and play a crucial role in our ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our US, Canadian, and international operations. Your Impact:

As our Sr. Global Payroll Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our payroll operations, ensuring seamless processing and compliance across multiple countries. You'll leverage your expertise in ADP and Workday to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and provide exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact on our company's success by ensuring accurate and timely compensation.

What You'll Do:

  • Global Payroll Processing:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the US and Canada, with backup support for EMEA and India, ensuring compliance with local tax and wage laws.

  • Data Validation & Reconciliation:Review and validate payroll files and reports generated from ADP, ADP Celergo, and Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Pre & Post-Payroll Activities:Support all pre- and post-payroll activities, including data entry, time and attendance verification, and audit support.

  • Reporting & Analysis:Generate and analyze payroll reports from Workday and other systems, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Year-End Processing:Manage year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting, calendar development, and compliance reviews.

  • Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Tax) and employees, resolving payroll inquiries and providing expert guidance.

  • Compliance & Auditing: Maintain a thorough audit trail, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify and implement process improvements, stay up to date on payroll best practices, and share your knowledge with the team.

What You Bring:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) or the equivalent of 5 years relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience with ADP and Workday payroll systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian payroll tax and wage laws.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex payroll concepts.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications.

  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

  • CPP Certification (a plus).

Location:Broomfield, CO

Salary Range$72,560.00 - $108,840.00
