The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Payroll Director, the Associate Director is responsible for the management of payroll accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation of payroll liability accounts, collaboration with HR and other departments to review business processes and research variances, proper and timely remittance of federal, state and local taxes withholdings and reporting and union dues and timely tracking and resolution of suspense postings. The role will involve mentoring, training, and guiding a team of three individuals to accomplish the responsibilities of the team. Responsibilities
