About the role:

As anEquipment EngineeringInternyou will report to the Manager ofAuxiliary Equipment and Valve Engineeringfor Plant Mechanical Engineering & Issue Resolution.

You'll work a hybrid scenario based in Westinghouse Global Headquarters in Cranberry Woods, PA. This is a paid internship that starts in May 2025.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Working with experienced equipment engineers to provide design and/or analysis for nuclear power plantequipment such as valves, heat exchangers, tanks, etc.
• Interfacing with customers, vendors, and other internal functional groups on engineering level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments
• Planning and scheduling work to meet assignment requirements

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• Completion of Sophomore year of college by May 2025
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 weeks; 10 plus weeks preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
