Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Data entry utilizing multiple computer platforms, requiring attention to detail and accuracy
  • Data management and recordkeeping to ensure compliance and high level of reliability
  • Update and maintain reports (month end and routine reports) to ensure accurate, timely delivery, and consistent maintenance
  • Quality calibration assistance for production-related instruments as necessary to confirm quality standards are met or exceeded
  • Label Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) and confirm box lables are accurate
  • Update Sequence Table accurately (as needed)
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) administration utilizing Microsoft software to review and update quality documents
  • Assist in various EHSS, Engineering & Quality tasks
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to:
    • Demonstrate high attention to detail
    • Work independently as needed
    • Prioritize tasks when necessary
    • Effectively communication with peers, supervisors, and plant leadership
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), computer skills, and have ability to quickly learn different operating platforms (OPUS, QMS, etc.)

Demonstrated engagement in safety and quality processes is highly desirable
