Service Technician - Reno, NV

Responsibilities

* Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need attention, whether it is due to installation or manufacturing.
* Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
* Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
* Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
* Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.

Qualifications

* Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
* Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
* Valid US Driver's License.
