*Top Skills' Details:* * IT Lab Support experience (hardware/software) with a focus on technical support for lab instruments * Vendor communication * Software Asset Management (SAM) *Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:* * Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) * Knowledge of data lifecycle management * Familiarity with cloud and shared drive solutions * Understanding of validation processes *Job Description:* Data Governance: * Establish and maintain data lifecycle management governance * Provide primary IT support for lab instruments and secondary support for lab software (non-Enterprise) and vendor PCs * Implement and manage secure data storage solutions, including cloud and shared drives * Train and support lab personnel on data lifecycle management * Maintain thorough documentation of data management practices Obsolescence Planning & Cross-Functional Support: * Develop strategies for managing technology obsolescence * Plan yearly capital needs for GA&FS software and PC obsolescence * Partner with core lab software vendors on planned version releases * Collaborate with the Laboratory IT Support Specialist for cross-functional support * Assist with system/software user setup and access control * Support validation project teams for proper validation and documentation of new systems Supplier Engagement: * Manage supplier engagements related to quality evaluations and vendor quality systems *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
