*Description*
* Conduct quality testing for all benefit plans. * Collaborate with the AIS team during the plan-building process. * Utilize various systems to ensure plans are built correctly and meet client specifications. * Identify and address issues such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket settings, and mail pricing discrepancies. * Work closely with AIS counterparts to resolve any plan inaccuracies. * High attention to detail. * Strong internal communication skills (no phone work required). * Ability to manage and complete 25 plans per week. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Two or Four year degree required Preference given to Math, Biology, business, healthcare admin, or History degrees. Or related research degree 1 year of Excel experience (No V lookups or Pivot Tables) 3+ years of health care insurance experience. Knowing medical terminology, deductible, copay, provider language will help them stand apart. ***QA in a call center or call center experience will NOT be considered. * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
