Qualifications you'll bring:



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Undergraduate students must be a junior or senior at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program. Graduate students must be enrolled at an accredited institution or have graduated within 12 months of the program.
  • Experience with or understanding of survey research and methodology
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to translate data into insights that can be easily understood and used by business decision makers
  • Passion for using and understanding data as a tool to make actionable business decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional and remote environment


Preferred Job Skills



  • Knowledge of or experience working in the health insurance industry
  • Coursework or hands-on experience in AI applications in marketing, market research or business administration
  • Proven track record of creating high quality and easy to understand data visualizations



  1. Your key responsibilities:




  • Assist lead researchers on a variety of tasks pertaining to survey research - ranging from quality checking, survey programming, data population and basic report writing
  • Investigate various AI tools available for sentiment analysis
  • Create a repository of data visualizations to help leaders of the company synthesize large amounts of data to help more effectively tell a research story
  • Help organize and synthesize data from across a variety of research studies and lines of business to tell a holistic customer experience story
  • Partner with leaders and decision makers across Customer Experience to make recommendations on improving current experience gaps
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
