Transaction Banking within the Platform Solutions Division is comprised of the below primary functions:



  • We provide clients a differentiated experience through their pre-sales and go-live journey, generated through seamless onboarding, implementation and testing, and post go-live support
  • We provide best in class service to our clients post go-live across their business Treasury needs, including payments and transaction flows across our global payment rails
  • We support the build and development of new Treasury Products, Services and Partnerships, alongside Product, Risk and Engineering teams, by handling all Operational process, procedure and control development



TxB Operations is a growing sub-division, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York and Dallas. All our offices work closely together as a single global team.

YOUR IMPACT

The Operations Transformation and Change team is seeking a highly motivated individual who exhibits a genuine willingness to learn and develop his/her skills and experience. The team provides various central services to help drive the growth and scalability of operations to meet the business needs of TxB and its clients. The Operations Transformation and Change team is responsible for partnering cross functionally with Product, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver successful product launches by developing new procedures, workflow and processes, and working with leaders to create and document risk, controls and automation needs and feedback loop for new product launches. A successful candidate in this role is comfortable in ambiguous environments, is solution minded and is a strong communicator with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL (RESPONSIBILITIES)



  • Cultivate a data driven decision making culture for the organization, such as using data to identify inefficiencies and risks, that drive critical investment decisions
  • Help develop automation plans for end state metrics defined by the business and support team to become BI center of excellence for the Operations organization
  • Drive, lead, and partner with Operations, Product and Engineering teams to deliver on TxB Roadmap and Business targets
  • Identity data requirements and partner with Engineering to stand up real time (or close to real time) KPI and KRI framework and reporting
  • Represent and advocate needs of TxB Operations throughout the SDLC cycle for major TxB Product roll outs to ensure a best-in-class front to back client experience
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and develop testing automation for our key product offerings to improve efficiency and quality of each of our agile release cycles



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional and relevant experience in Operations and Operations management
  • Experience in Project Management and process re-engineering
  • Experience in participating in the Software Development Life Cycle leveraging Agile Methodology tools, in a BA and SME capacity. Skills include including Requirements Documentation, Business Analysis, Testing and Production Go-Live Governance
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to work across regions and functions, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines to deliver practical solutions

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
  • Experience in Transaction Banking, Client Implementation and Onboarding, Client Servicing and Payment Processing Servicing
  • Able to adapt to changes and new challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills to influence and drive deliverables
  • Able to oversee people, processes, and functions
