Job Summary: This position requires a willingness to float between multiple programs or services, occasionally more than once per day. This position will participate as a team member that fosters an environment that supports people in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes - creating a lifelong home for the people supported. You will partner with Behavioral Analysts, Autism Specialists, Therapists, and medical professionals. This position will develop and implement support plans and work directly with individuals supported to address any situations that may arise and ensure the safety of the people supported, team members, and the public. High School (required)
Experience
2 years: Experience and/or training of at least two years with individuals with dual diagnoses who display physical and verbal aggression. (required)
