You may have also acquired the following skills:

• Ability to provide Help Desk support to customers for all areas related to Information Systems.
• Ability to Enter and monitor all Help Desk calls in database, determine and assign category and priority levels, escalate problems and generate/distribute reports perform board level computer diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot users' routine problems in order to identify solutions and/or type of support needed.
• Monitors call status through to resolution and follow-up with end user to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• To play an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.

Your Opportunity

Framatome Information Systems provides physical computer support for the majority of the personal computers, printers in use by the employees of Framatome. Computer technicians may also provide limited support for approved applications in use by the Company. This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Help Desk Support Specialist in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $21.50 - $28.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
