The Marketplace Quality Team is a global team focused on Demand Quality and Supply Quality. The team specializes in supporting all Magnite platforms providing guidance and support for clients and internal teams regarding Ad and Supply Quality (DQ & SQ, respectively). They assist with onboarding, policy creation and adherence, troubleshooting, and front-line support, ensuring that Magnite's platforms, clients, and their users are protected from severe demand issues such as Malware and Redirects, as well as generally unwanted ads.

The ideal candidate is a team player who demonstrates a positive attitude and excellent customer service while having a strong passion for what technology and automation can deliver for our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for global monitoring and management of inbound Ad Quality-related tickets from sellers via our ticketing system in Salesforce; while limited, this includes weekends and holidays

  • Proactively monitor and manage our third-party screening systems

  • Maintain ongoing quality assurance support for clients by ensuring all live ads are functioning properly and adhere to Magnite and client standards

  • Own advertiser vetting and classification across all Magnite platforms

  • Develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams

  • Support team projects as assigned, such as advertiser database cleanup and block lift opportunities

  • Execute onboarding quality checks, vetting prospective DSP partners from a quality/risk perspective

  • Serve as a liaison with the Product team, testing for brand protection initiatives

  • Educate key stakeholders on guidelines, resources, and optimization tactics

  • Support business units in advertiser quality-related industry initiatives

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ yrs experience; Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A high degree of comfort speaking to external clients, leveraging well-developed interpersonal skills

  • Experience with or awareness of the online display, mobile, and video advertising space

  • Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, VAST, and/or VPAID is desirable, but not required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to handle multiple priorities across multiple time zones

  • A strong ability to troubleshoot and creatively problem-solve

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $65,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)..

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $70,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
