Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cafe Duties: Banquet Server Duties: Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, sometimes for long periods of time; to talk and hear; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. (i.e., custodial, food services, general laborer, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.). Working Conditions: Work with minimum supervision and work involves a high degree of independence. May be required to make independent decisions that may involve unique or unusual situations and/or complex issues and dealing with demanding requests. Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Education and Work Experience: 2. Work/Professional Experience: One year (1) experience in Food Services. One year (1) supervisory experience preferred.
