Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning. The Ayco Growth Strategy & Analytics team is looking for a new Associate to help improve Ayco's growth velocity across the platform. Support Ayco's growth by managing weekly and monthly tracking and reporting of Ayco wins and key drivers Use data to understand factors impacting Ayco success and communicate your findings to drive program improvements Build tools and reports using that data to support improvement of prospect to client conversion Craft communications for senior leadership (PowerPoint and bullets) to communicate Ayco priorities numerically and ongoing tracking toward those KPIs Requirements: Bachelor's degree Three to Five years' of work experience Good feel for data and comfort creating, updating and managing models in Excel Ability to summarize data for visualization in PowerPoint Interest in developing data presentation skills for a senior level audience Ability to collaborate with product to track and manage data related projects Salary Range The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $60000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
