Your Role

As a Technical Lead, your role is to act as an internal expert and leader in the EAI space. You will be providing innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions to meet business needs from inception through design, implementation, and enhancement, across the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) space. You will proactively and holistically lead and support both business led and internal initiatives that guidethe development and management ofa portfolio of solutions in the EAI domain. You will also provide technical guidance to team members, both internal and external, through the life cycle of these solutions. The Technical Lead will contribute to overarching governance and processes, frameworks, platform, and strategy in the EAI space, as well as participate in leading through major transformation activities.

What you will be doing

LeadSolutionsDesign and Analysis

• Leads evaluation,design,and analysis forthe implementation of key integration solutions across a group of specific business applications or technologies in an assigned commercial domain.

• Creates and delivers comprehensive integration solutions focused on detailed design principles, decision points and dependencies between business and IT.

• Managesand developsthe integration patterns for a broader scope of projectsor products, working closely with the business, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners for each project, product, orinitiative.

• Analyzesthe business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies,legacy,and technical debt, and recommendssolutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation, and innovation).

OrchestrateSolutionsDelivery

• Designsand directsthe governance activities associated with ensuring delivery adheres to architectural framework, assurance, and compliance.

• Facilitatesthe evaluation and selection of appropriate integration patterns and delivery mechanisms, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.

• Monitorsthe current-state integration portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.

Facilitatesand Collaboratesto Deliver BusinessOutcomes

• Worksclosely with the project management office to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with what is being promisedthroughout the project or product lifecycle.

• Works closely with the product owners and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Partner with application architects withinagileteamstoensure the projector productis aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.

• Consultswith application and infrastructure development projectsand productsto fit systems or infrastructure to architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in technical fields such as computer science, MIS, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience

• 12+ years of overall professional IT experience.

• 10+ years of proven experience in the design, coding and implementation of B2B enabling integration solutions; Deep understanding of B2B practices, principles, and concepts is required.

• 10+ years of proven experience working with business and trading partners alike to deliver B2B solutions with a variety of trading partners and with global perspective.

• 4+ years of proven experience designing and delivering end to end B2B solutions for both EDI and non-EDI driven solutions (B2B, EDI, A2A) along with business and partner enablement.

• Strong experience in the migration of EDI/B2B to new platforms across various standards (X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, PEPPOL) and transactions sets.

• Specific experience with IBM Tools (ACE, ACP, ITSX(WTX), and MQ) preferred.

• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Strong experience with holistic designs incorporating both cloud-based technologies and applications with a wide variety of application platforms, protocols, and services/interfaces.

• Experience with ERP integrations a plus.

• Strong understanding of relevant security and networking protocols.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonus.
