Your Role

The Sr. Consultant, Solution Architecture Services will be a part of our Core Architecture team and be the technical leader that will help us design, develop and deploy architectural solutions. You would work as a team member alongside the product leads, technical leads, and other supporting team members to deliver solutions that help Vantive build safer, better, and more efficient IT solutions to support our customers' needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and implement technical integration solutions to connect various systems and data sources across IT Landscape.

  • Collaborate with the project team, including IT Delivery Leads, business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance testers to ensure the solutions meet the requirements of the project.

  • Conduct data mapping and migration between systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.

  • Work with the project team to ensure the solutions are tested and validated before the go-live date.

  • Provide technical support during the go-live phase and post-implementation.

  • Support the technical implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners to ensure that the system meets the organization's strategic objectives and business requirements.

  • Lead and manage a small team of technical leads that ensure project is delivered on time and to the desired technical quality.

  • Identify non-functional requirements for the program, ensuring testing is done to performance test and meet these requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field

  • A minimum of 9+ years in experience in technology roles with increasing levels of leadership positions.

  • Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and ETL tools.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data mapping techniques, including data mapping between different systems.

  • Knowledge of ERP configuration and customization, including setting up and testing new modules.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including the ability to collaborate with development and operations teams.

  • Experience with cloud computing, including the ability to deploy and manage ERP systems in a cloud environment.

  • Familiarity with mobile technology, including the ability to develop and integrate mobile applications.

  • Security and compliance experience, including the ability to implement and manage user access controls and data encryption.

  • Workflow and business process management, including the ability to map and optimize business processes.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $205,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonus.
