Overall Summary

The Digital Program Manager (DPM) works closely with a cross-functional team to coordinate and drive the development and launch of digital solutions including iterations of Skywalkers and AI related digital tools that help drive MPO as total solution provider. This position will manage project timelines, communication flow and deliverables, monitor and report on projects, manage the communications and relationships among NaviBot, MPO and KOLs.

Your duties will include:



  1. Serve as main point of contact on digital projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.


    1. identifying and finalizing user input on digital products
    2. develop project timelines based on prioritization determined in collaboration with business teams and surgeon customers
    3. Coordinate and oversee the development of digital projects with internal and external vendors
    4. Report out the progress and issues.


  2. Track and support reporting for resource and financial forecasts.
  3. Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled and ongoing projects
  4. Prepare daily professional communications and assist in the design and implementation of new projects for both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Maintain customer relationships ensuring client timelines are met and/or exceeded.
  6. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.

About You

We might be a great match if you have:


Minimum Required:


  • Strong technical experience with medical device products and digital technologies.

  • Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc. is preferred.


Preferred:


  • Experience with creating project plans and Gantt charts in at least one project management software tool

  • Experience digital product development life cycle



Other Considerations:


  • Role Flexibility: This role requires flexibility, as it encompasses various responsibilities ranging clinical study start up, administrative work, as well general project management tasks.

  • Project Monitoring: Regularly track project progress, holding meetings to ensure alignment with objectives and project timeline.

  • Problem-Solving: Actively troubleshoot project-related issues, especially regarding accuracy and integrity of data.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various internal teams and external vendors, maintaining clear and consistent communication.



YOUR EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
