JOB SUMMARY

We're seeking a forward-thinking professional who excels at blending data analysis with behavioral science to solve complex client challenges. In this role, you'll translate data into compelling narratives, leverage AI to uncover deeper insights, and design innovative solutions that drive growth. Success here requires both analytical rigor and strategic creativity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Perform data analyses to extract actionable insights, transforming raw numbers into client-ready opportunities.
  • AI Integration: Use AI tools and methodologies to enhance behavioral strategies and amplify the impact of data findings.
  • Behavioral Science Application: Implement advanced behavioral principles to ground client recommendations in real human behavior.
  • Predictive Analytics: Weave predictive insights into new business proposals and client deliverables to showcase value and differentiation.
  • Data Visualization: Transform dense, disjointed data into high-impact visuals that instantly resonate.
  • Integrated Strategy: Combine data insights and behavioral science frameworks into cohesive, high-impact insights that see the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams to understand objectives, translate data into bigger insights, and provide relevant implications.
  • Solution Design: Opportunistically identify new methods, products, or services that address client challenges and propel business growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop content (articles, presentations, white papers) highlighting our expertise in predictive storytelling and behavioral insights.

YOU ARE:

  • An innovative thinker who prides yourself on devising inventive solutions to even the most arduous problems.
  • Fascinated by human behavior.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and happy to both crunch numbers AND talk about their implications for a client's business challenge.
  • Curious and drawn to new ideas, especially offbeat or contrarian points of view.
  • A believer that conformity is synonymous with mediocrity. You enjoy throwing down a challenge to existing thinking, and don't take it personally when others return the favor.
  • Versatile, optimistic, collaborative, and energetic.
  • A little quirky... and totally okay with that.

YOU BRING:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a data analyst or related role.
  • Technical Skills:
    1. Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
    2. Strong knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
    3. Expertise with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
    4. Familiarity with AI platforms and methodologies, plus a knack for turning technical outputs into provocative insights.
    5. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
    6. Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
    7. Familiarity with and interest in behavioral science principles.
  • Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
    2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
