Job Overview: A Clinical Chemistry Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the clinical chemistry department, ensuring accurate and timely testing of patient samples for biochemical markers, Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards -e,g,, CAP, CLIA, and TJC, The supervisor collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment, oversees inventory and budgeting, and implements new methodologies and technologies, Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of clinical chemistry principles are essential for this role,

Qualifications:
Required:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in science
• 2-5 years of direct experience in the field of clinical laboratory of an acute care hospital
