Group Product Manager, Content Products

We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager of Content Products to lead product management efforts for our Content Business Unit within the Business Solutions Division. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a product leader with a deep understanding of B2B customer needs across the spectrum, including at the enterprise level, and a proven ability to strategize, prioritize, and deliver product solutions in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the Content Business Unit's goals and meets the needs of B2B customers across segments, including SMBs and enterprise clients.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture. Ensure alignment on goals, project priorities, and agile methodologies to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Champion a customer-first approach, partnering with Customer Advocacy, Business Intelligence teams and other partners to gather and interpret customer insights and market data. Drive innovative, relevant product solutions that anticipate and address customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development/Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Go-to-Market, Sales teams and other partners to ensure cohesive execution of product initiatives. Act as a bridge between teams and Divisions, fostering collaboration and maintaining a shared product vision.

  • Data-Driven Product Decisions: Use data analytics and insights to validate product concepts, monitor performance, and optimize the product lifecycle. Leverage a strong analytical foundation to ensure each product decision drives measurable business outcomes.

  • Radical Prioritization & Agile Discipline: Lead agile development practices within the team, ensuring that priorities are clear and continuously aligned with business goals. Employ radical prioritization techniques to manage resources effectively and focus on high-impact initiatives.

What you'll Bring to the Role:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in Product Management or similar capacities, ideally within industries relevant to digital content or creative marketplaces, with a strong focus on B2B customer solutions, including enterprise.

  • Leadership: A minimum of 3 years managing high-performing teams, with the ability to inspire, develop, and align product managers to achieve team goals.

  • Product Lifecycle Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch enhancements, including website optimization and experimentation, with a history of successful product outcomes in agile settings.

  • Collaboration Skills: Skilled at working cross-functionally with Product Development, UX/UI, Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Business Intelligence, and GTM operations.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficient in leveraging analytics and data to make informed product decisions, validate strategies, and optimize user engagement.

  • Agile Mindset & Prioritization Skills: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with a knack for radical prioritization to focus on what matters most for customers and the business.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Marketplace & SaaS Expertise: Experience working with SaaS and online marketplaces focusing on scalability, user engagement, and revenue growth.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

* 180,000 - 200,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
